# Maintenance

We aim to notify customers of regular scheduled maintenance at least **4 weeks in advance**.

We aim to notify customers of urgent maintenance at least **1 week in advance**. Disruption with less than 1 week’s notice may be classed as an incident.

Any maintenance notifications will be listed on our status page at <https://status.msquared.io/>.
