Beacon ping with a marker
Overview
Ping allows you to place a marker (or other configurable actor) on a position for all players to see. The actor can have an animation or other effects. It will automatically destroy itself after a configurable time.
It's mostly used to direct users around the world during events, but could be repurposed for many other things.
