Due for Removal. Currently only available as part of the M2 Deprecated Plugin.

05/11/2024:

MSquared will no longer distribute the DJ booth control panel.

The underlying control panel system will persist, so you can either make a copy of the exsting panel or create your own.

MSquared will not be addressing any issues within this panel collection itself, but will endeavour to keep the Control Panel system functional.

Overview

A player with elevated role permissions can control the event settings within the experience.

Capabilities

Notes

Emote O Meter (Voting with emotes)

This feature exists in the Showcase DJ booth but is currently non-functioning in PIE.

Gravity Controls

This feature exists in the Showcase DJ booth but is currently non-functioning in PIE.

Noise O Meter (Voting with microphone audio)

This feature exists in the Showcase DJ booth but is hidden (it is a clickable but not visible button).

Sequence Controls

Ability to fire off an Unreal sequence at the same time on everyone's machine.

Activity Manager

Ability to load in/out activity content into the world. Can contain sublevels, can track players taking part, can be used to stream in/out levels.

Area Manager

Ability to modify collision, area labels, and area based rules.

Effect Applicator

Ability to apply an effect to a player or group of players. Can apply to an area, and can apply for a time period.

Environmental Controls

Ability to control time of day, sun position, branding colours, and environment ambient audio.

Spawn areas

Ability to control where players spawn when they either enter the experience or fall off the world.

Voice Enable/Disable

Ability to control whether people can users can speak using the voice system or not.

Screen Controls

Ability to control placeholder screen content, size of screen, and visibility of screen.

Orb FX

Ability to control wisps and dome appearance controls.

Soundboard

Ability to play one-shot or looping audio samples.

Shrink Zone

Ability to shrink or grow characters within an area.

Music Player (Sequence)

Ability to play global music and transition between tracks.

Fireworks (Sequence)

Ability to play a fireworks show.

Art Competition

Ability to play a game where users create pixel art together.

Quiz Show

Ability to play a game where users take part in a shared quiz.

Timer BETA

Ability to put a timer into the Orb that everyone sees together.
