# War Room Support

### **War Room Support is priced at $500 per person per hour**

To schedule an event war room, customers need to provide :

* 4 weeks notice
* Headcount and tech domain representation:
  * Game engineering (content, builds, live config, rendering, )
  * Web (login, permissions, queueing, roles systems, events, backend logs, etc)
* Event date, time and duration

Responsibilities of war room engineers can include:

* Live performance analysis (via Grafana metrics and web service)
* Live debugging of issues with web service and network logs and telemetry
* Deployment failover

If cancelling a war room within 2 weeks, MSquared still requires full payment.\\
